They didn’t have the vase I had purchased but they called me and offered to give me a different one that’s usually $10 more. The woman said she saw it was for our anniversary and told me she’d customize the front for us and I was already beyond grateful. When the flowers, card, and balloons arrived and I saw that they’d even put names In stylized stickers on the mirrored glass I was speechless.
